Refund policy
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email admin@chateauchaumont.fr.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (or return instructions, depending on your location and item) and tell you where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away at admin@chateauchaumont.fr if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products (special orders, engraved or made-to-order items)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty/cosmetics)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Sale (clearance) items
If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The goods must be returned in the same condition (unused, with tags, in original packaging) and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Note: This right does not apply to custom/personalized items or sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact admin@chateauchaumont.fr.
