In the run-up to Christmas, we ran a special promotion allowing supporters to add a personal inscription to one of the historic noggins inside Château de Chaumont — the original wooden braces that tie the floor joists together.
Each supporter was promised a photograph of their inscribed message once the work was completed, and we’d like to thank you for your patience while we worked through this process.
Where we are now
After an unexpected technical delay retrieving inscription messages from our database, we can confirm that the issue has now been resolved.
The inscriptions are currently being processed in batches, and as each batch is completed, emails with photographs will begin going out to customers.
A small issue we need your help with
While preparing the inscription batches, we discovered that a small number of orders (out of approximately 600) did not have an email address saved correctly at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to contact those customers unless they reach out to us.
